Sierra Hills Road Maintenance Association is formed by 38 property owners which contribute to the maintenance of our private roads.
Regular member meetings are held twice a year in May and October. Members in good standing may introduce topics for the board to review, motion to proceed, vote or vote by proxy.
The Association is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and one Director-at-Large.
Oct 2023 – Board member positions being voted on are Secretary and Director-at-Large.
